Shipping, Packaging & Returns

U.S. Shipping

Choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail in your cart. Ground Advantage costs $7.50 for 1–2 straps or $9.95 for 3 or more. Priority Mail costs $12.95 per order, regardless of quantity. Shipping is additional to the product prices shown. These rates apply to U.S. orders.

Orders normally ship within 2 business days after payment. Delivery time is additional to processing time. Priority Mail upgrades the shipping service; it does not shorten processing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Package dimensions: 10 × 3 × 3 inches. Packaged weight: 7 ounces.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may return an unused strap within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The buyer pays return postage. Exchanges are accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.
