Shipping, Returns & Ordering Help

Shipping

Choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail at PayPal checkout. Ground Advantage costs $7.50 for 1–2 mandolin straps or $9.95 for 3 or more. Priority Mail costs $12.95 per order, regardless of quantity. These rates apply to U.S. orders. Extra end tabs and custom-length sizing added to a strap order do not increase the shipping charge.

Orders normally ship within 2 business days after payment. Delivery time is additional to processing time. Priority Mail upgrades the shipping service; it does not shorten processing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is additional to the strap prices shown. Please review your shipping selection and complete order total in PayPal before submitting payment.

30-Day Returns

You may return an unused strap within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The buyer pays return postage.

Exchanges are accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.

To arrange a return, email customerservice@legacystraps.com with your order details for return instructions. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us for assistance.

Choosing Your Strap & Checking Out

Check the strap width, color or design, and price before adding it to your cart. Standard straps have one Easy-On synthetic leather end tab and an included tie lace. If your instrument has two strap buttons, add one extra end tab for each strap that needs a second end.

Use the Add to Cart button to send your selection to PayPal. For the $3 discount on two straps, use the Buy Any 2 selector rather than adding two individual straps separately.
