Offered for sale is a fine modern Italian Violin by Casadei. Little is know about the Casadei family of instrument makers. I am currently working to uncover more information on the maker. What I can tell you about this violin is that I sent the violin to Flordia and had it examined by the noted violin expert Dario D'Atilli. Dario's opinion was that this violin was indeed made in Italy at the time suggested by the label and that the level of craftsmanship that went into this violin suggested an accomplished italian violin maker. As more information about this instrument maker is uncovered we will update this information.
